She was predeceased by: her husband Erwin "Heinz" Kirschmer; her parents, Wilhelm Franz and Hedwig Franz; her grandchild Ryann Schmidt; and her sister Monika Fichtman (Walter).
She is survived by: her children, Sabine Schaffer (Kevin), Susan Schmidt (late Donn) and Michael Thornhill (Michele); her grandchildren, Amanda Noelke (Justin), Sarah Barragan (Stephen), Maddie Thornhill, Zach Thornhill, Caylee Thornhill, Nick Schmidt and Keri Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Sutton and Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
