He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen M. Fields and Melvin E Fields; and his sisters, Marilyn Miller and Linda Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fields; his children, Sherri Cooper (Kent) and Brian Fields; his siblings, Ronald Fields (Norma), Gary Fields, Kathy Chapman, Carolyn Meade (Melvin), Glenda Cooley (Donnie) and Beverly Tooley (Scotty); his grandchildren, Stephan Fields, Sara King (Jeremy), Adam Cooper (Cleo), Kai Fields and Matthew Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Dexter King, Bowie King and Axel Fields. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
