She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Voelkl; her parents, Raymond Chapman and Helen Chapman; her child Russell Voelkl; and her brothers, Joseph Chapman, Richard Chapman and Perry Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Voelkl (Jacklyn), Jennifer Bannecker (Mark) and Tim Voelkl (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kelcie Voelkl, Lucy Voelkl, Andrew Voelkl, Jackson Voelkl, Isabella Voelkl, Margaret Voelkl, Simon Bannecker and William Bannecker; her sister Julia Stall; and her pet Jasmine.

Memorials may be made in Faye's name to St. Vincent DePaul.
