She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Cissell, Sr.; her parents, Daniel Cognac and Chastine Cognac; her son Williams "Bill" Cissell, Jr.; and her brothers, D. C. Wilcutt and Ronald Cognac.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kleinschmidt (David), Karen Avery (Russell) and Robert Cissell (Connie); and her sister Donna Chrisco (Donald).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (1 Seton Ct, St Charles, MO 63303). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Elise's name to Christian Brothers College High School, Birthright St. Charles, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
