She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Thurston; her parents, Claude Martin and Ollie Martin; and her siblings, Joyce Sheets (Bob) and Eugene Martin.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Evans (Katie), Paul Evans, Kay Steineker (Kevin), Beth Thomas (Joseph), Lori Turnbull (Robert) and Debbie Voight (Jeff).

Memorials may be made in Donna's name to the Powell Terrace Food Pantry.
