It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darren E. Carter of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Lillian Carter, Lloyd and Mabel Labby. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Carter of Milton, IL and Brenda Unser of Bethalto, IL; his spouse Tracy Goodwin; his children, Hannah Kirsch (Brian) of Affton, MO, Leah Goedeker (Michael) of Ballwin, MO, David Carter of O'Fallon, MO and Tabitha Berry (Cody) of St. Peters, MO; his grandchildren, Lilly Kirsch, Emma Kirsch, Kate Kirsch, Cannon Kirsch, Lucas Goedeker, Matthew Goedeker and Everly Berry; his brothers, Lonnie Carter of Milton, IL, Timothy Unser of Moro, IL and Bradley Unser of Brainerd, MN; and his close friend Tim McBride of Cape Girardeau, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
