He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winkelman and Irene Winkelman (Condon); his siblings, Ralph, William, Dorothy Schlafer, Lucille Lemke and Irene Claas; and his siblings-in-law, Marcella Winkelman (Mick), Wesley Schlafer, Clarence Lemke, Norbert Claas, Paul Schraufnagel and Leonard Dygart.
He is survived by: his sisters, Marie Schraufnagel of Hartford, WI and Betty Dygart of Beloit, WI.; and his sister-in-law Sandra Winkelman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
