He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lombardo and Avis Lombardo. He is survived by: his wife Katie Lombardo; his former wife Barbara; his children, Katie Medeiros (Sam), Vince Lombardo (Nicole), Lindsay Lombardo (Nate Powell) and Angela Kovarik (Kevin); his stepchildren, Rob Ludwinski (Cyndi), Patti Ludwinski (Larry Kirchner), Krissy Baliva (Matt), Doug Ludwinski, Joe and Curt Mueller; his grandchildren, Celia, Stephen, Odilia Medeiros, Luca, Nina, Jonah, Leo Lombardo, Parks, Pierce Powell, Ellie, Annie, Josie Kovarik, Ryan (Ashley), Allison, Lindsay Ludwinski, Riley, River Kirchner, Collin Chrunn and Dominic Baliva; and his siblings, Kyle Lombardo (Roberta) and Faraby Reis (Curtis).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center (5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Charles, MO 63304). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1355 Motherhead Rd, Cottleville, MO 63304).
