She is survived by: her husband Jerry Moody; her daughter Amber Hulen (Gary); her sisters, Karen Wooldridge (Dale) and Sandy O'Donnell (Phil); and her grandchildren, Kelsie Deardeuff (Kyle), Gary "Gage" Hulen III, Ashley Hulen, Nathan Hulen and Emily Hulen.
