She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald D. Payne; her parents, Otis Oliver Frazer and Linnie Frazer; her son Keith A. Payne; and her siblings, Edna Terry, Mildred Wessell, Peggy England, Erma Logerman, Lester Frazer and Leroy Frazer.
She is survived by: her son Gregory D. Payne.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Betty's memory to the American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
