She was predeceased by: her former husband Ralph A. Jung; her husband Eugene Dallen; her parents, Kathryn Westhoff and Albert William Westhoff; her brother Albert William Westhoff, Jr.; her daughter Francis Ann Jung; and her grandmother Barb.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cecilia, Dianne, Elaine and Gerry; and her stepchildren, Hope and Skip.

“I knew Barb from attending daily mass at Sts Joachim and Ann. She was the kindest, most gentle person I knew. We often sat next to each other and occasionally she would bring the gifts during the offertory with me. My sincere condolences to her family. She was missed at mass before we found out she was ill. May our Lord provide comfort for her family.”
