He was predeceased by: his wife Rose M. Kelley; his parents, Edward Lyndon and Louisa Kelley; his son Loren Edward Kelley; his stepmother Mozelle Kelley; and his sister Norma Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Kelley, Margaret Gunter (Brent) and Albert Louis Kelley, Jr. (Annquinette); his grandson Alexander Loren Lamont Kelley; and his brother-in-law Ernest Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Memorials may be made in Albert's name to Disabled American Veterans.
