He is survived by: his wife Carol Tobin; his daughters, Barbara Koetting (James) and Christine Goatley (Joseph); his grandchildren, Allen Goatley, Morgan Koetting, Tanner Goatley and Madison Koetting; and his sister-in-law Sharon Draper (Donald).
