She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Hofmann; her sons, Jeff Hofmann and Greg Hofmann; her brother Jack Callanan; and her parents, George Callanan and Katherine Callanan.
She is survived by: her children, Karen (Frank), Kathy Burson (Frank), Mary Hofmann, Jim Hofmann and Jack Hofmann (Mary); and her grandchildren, Greg (Melanie), Lori Langdon (Damon), Carrie Howe (John), Kyle Burson, Michelle Hofmann, Dustin Hofmann (Marilyn) and Kate Hofmann.
