He is survived by: his wife Katherine Spillane; his siblings, Thomas Spillane (Diana) of North Augusta, SC and Michael Spillane (Karen) of Summerville, SC; his stepchildren, Kerry Kamp (Amanda) and Craig Kamp; his grandchildren, Drake, Konner, Emma and Josh; and his son Max.
