He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa and Katie Schembri; his siblings, MaryAnn Saisi (Bob), Chuck Schembri (Lynda) and Vic Schembri; and his nephews, Stephen Saisi (Roz), David Saisi (Connie) and Michael Saisi (Pam).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to Shriners Hospitals For Children and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
