He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Francis "Fritz" and Catherine Agnes; his wife Mary Judith; his daughter Mary Cyrilla Ochs; his grandson Samuel Charles Ochs; and his siblings, Jimmy Ochs and Sherry Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Dean Ochs (Donna), Todd Ochs (Melinda), Michael Ochs (Mary) and Angela Smith (Dan); his grandchildren, Joshua Ochs (Laura), Courtney Oliver, Nicholas Ochs (Julia), Jordan Smith (Ashley), Bailey Buhr (Andrew), Micah Scalf (Josh), Peyton Brown (Nathan), Sarah Smith, Anna Denton (James), Jacob Ochs, Elijah Ochs (Olivia), Faith Phillips (Austin) and Olivia Newman (Nick); his great grandchildren, Bryce Emmons, Liam Ochs, Jackson Ochs, Lilly Ochs, Ava Buhr, Felix Ochs, Vivian Brown, Waylon Brown, William Brown, Lane Phillips, Rhett Phillips, Colton Smith, Brynlee Smith, Willow Ochs and Cohen Oliver; and his siblings, Catherine "Sue" Dunker (Doug), Sharolyn "Snooks" LaRose Brown, John Ochs (Phyliss), Sallie Mapes (Matt) and Shelley Moeckel (Keith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family is accepting donations to honor Frederick's memory by purchasing a memorial brick at the Perry County Military Museum.
