He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret "Maggie"; his children, Veronica "Roni" McGuire, Virgil "Butch" Shepherd, Linda Shepherd and Brian Shepherd (Kristine); his grandchildren, Rachel McGuire, Ryan McGuire, Jessie Best, David N. Shepherd, Kassandra "Kassie" Shepherd and Exton Shepherd; his great grandchildren, Brailyn, Silas, Blaine and Riley; and his siblings, Barbara Barrett (Jack) and Jan Dillon.
