She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hassel and Alva Hassel (Neisz); her husband Donald Lee Peterson, Sr.; her children, Lynn Marie Carter (Peterson) and Carl Joseph Peterson; and her grandson Timothy William Kipper.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Peterson, Pam Hollrah (Eric) and Ron Peterson; and her sister Camellia Bealler. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, other family members and friends.
