He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth McMullen. He is survived by: his mother Joan McMullen-Thompson; his husband Thompson of Joplin; and his siblings, Danny McMullen of Pierce City, Kathy Case (Richard) of Oronogo and Sherry Birkinsha of Joplin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
