He was predeceased by: his in-laws, John and Hazel Smith; and his pet Thor. He is survived by: his wife Courtney Lynne Campbell (Smith); his children, Julie Pizinger (Ronald) of Redings Mill and Scott Lawrence Campbell of Saginaw; his siblings, Garry Campbell (Betty), Rebecca Neece (Nick) of Tipton Ford and Steve Campbell (Sally) of Carl Junction; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and one great grandson.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Medical Loan Closet of Joplin, a ministry of Grace Baptist Church, PO Box 425 Joplin, Missouri 64802.
