She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Forck and Angeline Forck; her siblings, Martha Haynes, Rose Mary McKinnon, John Forck and Bernie Forck; and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Forck, Otis McKinnon and Mike Haynes.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Darrell Singer (Rita) of Taos, James Singer, Jr. (Cathy) of Taos, Carol Forck (Tony) of Taos, Kathy Welch (Jim) of Jefferson City and Karen Wankum (Mike) of Jefferson City; her brothers, Thomas Forck (Jane) of Ashland, Larry Forck (Joanie) of Jefferson City, Eddie Forck (Connie) of Ashland, Walter "Toad" Forck of Taos and Steve Forck of New Bloomfield; her sister-in-law Marian Forck of Wardsville; and her children, T. J. Forck (Amanda) and Stephanie Forck. She is also survived by 11 step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Francis Xavier School or the American Cancer Society.
