Roger Cletis Payne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2020, at the age of 96, Roger Cletis Payne of Russellville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Payne and Nola M. Scott Payne; his wife Bertha J. Campbell; his siblings, Bill Payne, Bonna Rapp and Cleora Payne; and his son-in-law Jack Gilliam.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Gilliam of Jefferson City and Patricia Acton (Darrell) of New Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Amie Wheeler (Andrew) of Lohman, Jason Acton (Diedra) of Columbia, Eric Acton (Becky) of Harrisburg and Cassandra Anderson (Timothy) of Russellville; his great grandchildren, Madison Wheeler, Mackenzie Wheeler, Sanibel Acton, Waylon Acton, Landry Anderson and Bridger Anderson; his stepgreat-granddaughter Sophia Morris; and his sister Judy Stephens of Jefferson City. He is also survived by friends, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The general public is welcome to attend services while following social distancing guidelines.
