It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Berhorst of Russellville, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Berhorst and Clara Berhorst (Otto); his siblings, Leoba Mengwasser (Clem), Mary Ann Mulpas, John Berhorst (Georgie) and James Berhorst (Helen); and his siblings-in-law, Julie Berhorst, Alfred Mengwasser and Kenny Knapheide.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (McKinney) of Russellville; his sons, Jeff Lute (Tracy) of Lohman, Doug Lute (Ginger) of Russellville and Tony Berhorst (Mona) of Jefferson City; his siblings, Leona Mengwasser of Jefferson City, Richard Berhorst of Linn, Ronald Berhorst (Brenda) of Holts Summit, Elizabeth "Betty" Gentges (Steve) of Linn and Patricia Knapheide of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Cody Lute, Morgan Eichholz (Jordan), McKenzie Bilyeu (Mason), Kyle Lute (Kayla) and Jonathan Scott; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Hudson and Jackson; and his brother-in-law Chuck Mulpas of Illinois.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Martin Catholic Church (7148 St Martins Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Martin Catholic School.
