He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Howard; his children, Jamie Eiken (Christopher) of Russellville, Adam Howard (Ginger) of Russellville and Bradley Howard (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Emma Eiken, Clayton Eiken, Jacob Howard, Brendon Howard and Skylar Howard; and his siblings, Martha Howard of Russellville, Michael Howard of Russellville, James Howard of Russellville, Marcus Howard (Betty) of Jefferson City, Robert Howard (Kay) and Holts Summit.
