He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton Fred and Mary Jane Fred (Bilbrey); and his sister Betty Lou Leonhardt. He is survived by: his wife Gay of Russellville; his children, Mark Wade Fred of Salmon and Debora "DeeDee" Hart of Phoenix, AZ; and his stepson Matthew Smith of Jefferson City. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
