He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert "Kenneth" Campbell and Roena Campbell (Blochberger); his brothers, Jerry and Johnny; and his brother-in-law Alan Cliburn.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Campbell (Teena) and Ashley Shannon (Rick); his grandchildren, Jayden of Russellville, Joslyn of Russellville, Kaia of Russellville, Kaden of Russellville, Annabel of Russellville and Decklan of Russellville; his siblings, Judy Cliburn of Centertown, Jane Zellner (Greg) of Palm Coast, FL, June Bellora (Terry) of Palm Coast, FL, Janalee Wood (David) of Russellville, Jean Klindt (Dan) of Kansas City, Jim Campbell (Barb) of Russellville and Julie Smith of Russellville; and the mother of his children Ginger Grellner of Russellville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
