He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Jungmeyer and Martha Jungmeyer (Linhardt); his brother Ronald Jungmeyer; and his grandson Jonathan Everts. He is survived by: his sister Elaine Richards (Butch) of Tebbetts; his grandchildren, Christopher Shirley, Nicole Ashley, Jakeb Everts, Jessica Everts, Jeremy Everts, Joshua Everts, Jennifer Bennick, Jarrod Holmes, Judson Everts, Dylan Everts and Makayla Everts; and his close friend Justin Goldammer. He is also survived by six step-children.
