He was predeceased by: his father Henry Lybarger; and his fathers-in-law, Butch Thurman and Dennis Zumsteg. He is survived by: his wife Dina Thurman; his mother Pauline Lovelace Lybarger Keithley (Lovelace) of Bowling Green; his children, Joshua Oligschlaeger of Middletown and Destiny Cook (Jeremy) of Centertown; his brother Paul Lybarger of Vandalia; his grandson Carter Cook of Centertown; his nephews, Kyle Lybarger (Dawn) of Bowling Green and Cody Lybarger of Vandalia; his niece Tara Horton (DJ) of Vandalia; and also Many. He is also survived by four great nephews, one great niece.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or to Dina Lybarger for Cancer Patient Care Medical Supplies.
