He was predeceased by: his children, Samatha Libbert and Kaleb Libbert. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Raymond and Patricia Ann Ruether (Libbert); his children, Cory Herman, Holden Libbert and Hailey Libbert; and his brother Michael Ruether. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
