He is survived by: his parents, Monte Evan Miller and Kim Ann Thompson (Jung); his stepfather Carl Hammond; his children, Dylan Miller and Reagan Klouzek (Miller); his sisters, Carly Hammond and Alyssa Miller; his stepsiblings, Davi Renee McCoy (Hammond), Leanna Knight (Thompson) and Corey Thompson; his grandmothers, Joyce Miller and Shirley Jung; and his child Kim Thompson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
