It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Lucille Browning of Rushville, Missouri, born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Highfill and Lucille Highfill (Meyer); her husband William Browning; and her son Thomas Browning. She is survived by: her daughter Susan (Charlie Kramer); and her grandchildren, Dillon, Blaine and Carlie Kramer.
