He is survived by: his parents, Loren D. Chapin and Viola B. Chapin (Willis); his spouse Rosamond Arlene Caraway; his children, John, Kristan Brown (Doug) and Robyn Cado (Mark); his siblings, Carolyn Ellingson (Dean) of Everton, MO and Warren Chapin (Iona) of Moore, OK; his grandchildren, Brenna, Maren, Meghan, Katelyn, Ryann, Kyle, Erin, Madison, Gianna, Elijah and Arlee; his great grandchild John; his daughter Lauren Chapin; and his sisters, Dorotha Chapin and Jean Arrasmith Burchett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Wounded Warrior In Action Foundation or Bean Lake Levee Board and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
