He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Belcher; his sons, Marcus Belcher (Beth) of Kansas City, MO and Michael Belcher (Tari) of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Robert Belcher of Cameron, MO and Betty Caldwell (Harold) of St. Joseph; his grandsons, Tony Belcher (Kristin), Brad Belcher (Samantha), Kipton Belcher (Tori) and Austin Belcher; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Paloma, Parker, Nora, Dawson, Preston and Grayson.
