He is survived by: his spouse Cathy Korschgen; his children, Ben Azdell (Chancie) of Columbia and Sara Azdell of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Sydney of Columbia, McKenna of Columbia and Fox Azdell of Columbia; and his siblings, Ron Azdell (Martha) of Mexico, Donna Fisher (Don Evans) of Godfrey, IL and Kara Kempker (Josh) of Jefferson City, MO.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
