He is survived by: his wife Neoma Beal of Rush Hill; his children, Earl Beal (Jo) of Knoxville, Judy Rose of Benton City, Linda Welschmeyer of Martinsburg, JoAnn Mackey (Dean) of Rush Hill and Jackie Beal (Lois) of Mexico; and his siblings, Cora Mae Foster of Dixon, Annie Beal of Oklahoma City, OK, Clarence Beal of Santa Fe, Larry Beal of Moberly and Charles Beal of Mexico. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
