He was predeceased by: his father Joe Ed Stuart. He is survived by: his mother Barbara J. Stuart (Stotler) of Mexico; his wife Angie Lochridge; his sons, Justin Stuart (Amber) of Rush Hill, Nick Stuart (Jacque) of Mexico and Brendan Stuart (Breanna G.) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Linn, Matthew, Natalie, Allison, Evan Stuart of Rush Hill, Korbyn and Gabby Stuart of Mexico; and his brother Brian Stuart (Candi) of Fulton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
