She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell J. Warriner and Irene E. Warriner; her brother Gary; and her son Jason. She is survived by: her husband Pat Wortman; and her children, Shawn Hughes (Sylvia Penrod) of Savannah, MO and Erica Supple (Andy) of Kirksville, MO. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home (1010 Highway 71 South, Savannah, MO 64485). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
There will be no memorial contributions.
