With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leonard Dale Shewmaker of Rosendale, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Nelson and Shirley Jean Shewmaker (Hodgin); and his brother Carl Shewmaker. He is survived by: his children, Miranda Virden (Mark) and Nic Shewmaker; his grandchildren, Zak, Leann, Aubree, Trey and Hayes; and his siblings, John Shewmaker (Kim) and Sheryl Wysling. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Platte Purchase NWTF.
