She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Yeargan and Colleen Yeargan; her sister Rae Shaffer; and her husband Jack Angle. She is survived by: her sons, Guy Hawkins III (Wendy) of Warrensburg and Ralph Hawkins (Jennifer) of Bourbon; her sister Janet Sibole (Bill) of North Carolina; her brother-in-law Glen Shaffer of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Abigail of Bourbon and Logan Hawkins of Bourbon. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
