He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Milligan and Lorraine Milligan (Nale); his parents-in-law, Arthur and Leah Linhardt; his sister Lorraine Snodgrass; and his sister-in-law Susan Milligan.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Milligan; his daughters, Kelly Boze (Patrick) and Kristin Milligan; his grandsons, Ethan of Owensville and Jonathan Boze of Owensville; his siblings, Charlie Milligan, Chris, Carolyn (Steve Chulick) of St. Louis and Mary Milligan of Winfield; and his brother-in-law Bill Snodgrass of Springfield.
