He was predeceased by: his parents, George James Hunter and Mimi Hunter (Caldwell); and his siblings, George Hunter, Jerry Hunter and Juanita Hans.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Hunter (Rutherford) of Rolla, MO; his children, William Hunter (Margaret) of Walpole, NH, Tommy Burnner of Oklahoma and Dora Shakya of Rolla, MO; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Kristopher, Kayla, Ariel, Payton, Ashley, Jessica, Joni, Jennifer, Tristan, Logan, Haley and Delightful. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the VFW Post 2025 in Rolla.
