William Frank Parks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2020, at the age of 82, William Frank Parks of Rolla, Missouri, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Parks and Frances Parks (Gaito); his daughter Stefanie Maria Elder; and his brother John Parks. He is survived by: his wife Carol Parks (Newman) of Rolla; his daughter Jennifer Heberlie (Joe) of Rolla; and his grandchildren, Justin Eli Heberlie of Rolla, Jacob Sinclair Heberlie of St. Louis, MO, Kane C. Meek of Rolla and Jace Robert Elder of Rolla. He is also survived by other extended family members and dear friends.

Due to current Covid concerns, a service celebrating the life of Dr. William "Bill" Parks will be held and announced at a later date.

Memorial contributions in his memory are suggested to the Ozark Rivers Audubon Chapter Nature Center or the Rolla High School Science Department.
