With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William David Skyles (Rolla, Missouri), who passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Skyles and Edna Skyles (Stough); and his son-in-law Dan Cartwright. He is survived by: his son DeWayne Skyles (Cathy); his grandchildren, Brandon Skyles (Amy), Brittany Frazee (Randy), Samantha Skyles, Charles Skyles and Rebecca Blair (Dawson); his great grandchildren, Ethan Skyles (Torie), Gracie Skyles, McKenzie, Ryleigh Hanshew, Hadley Blair and Baby Blair; his great great grandchild Kyrie Jackson; his son Eugene Skyles (Chris); his grandchildren, Lindsay Davis (Justin) and Jared Skyles (Kenda); his great grandchildren, Mason, Reid Davis, Jace and Huntleigh Skyles; his daughter Debbie Cartwright (Skyles); his granddaughter Heather Furse (Sylvester); his great grandchildren, Ryker and Kanon Furse; his stepson Greg Green (Sherida); his stepgrandchildren, Evan Green, Alyssa Albers (Josh) and Dawson Havens; his stepson Brad Green; his stepgrandchildren, Hayden Green (Ali), Tanner Green (Chloe), Walker and Gibson Green; his stepgreat-granddaughter Charlie Green; his stepdaughter Christine White (Andy); his grandchildren, Rorry White (Devin) and Parker White (Jordan); his stepgreat-granddaughter Presley Deason; his stepdaughter Vanessa Higgins (Todd); his stepgrandchildren, Lacey and Luke Higgins; and also, Edgar, Lorene Moreland, Andy and Dorothy Waterman.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (1608 N Oak St, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
