He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Botts of Rolla; his children, James Arthur Botts of St. Charles, MO and Cindy Kay Leonard of Tulsa, OK; his grandson Xavier James Hollins; his sister Becky Jo Widener of Columbia, MO; and his nephew Robert Widener of Jefferson City, MO. He is also survived by husband and father.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in honor of Pat's passion for findind a cure.
