He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson McIntosh and Effie McIntosh (Monda); his wife Betty M. McIntosh (Reichenbach); his daughter Lora Kay McIntosh; and his siblings, David (Mabel "Sis" McIntosh), Gene (Marilyn McIntosh), Helen (Tom Brennan), Juanita (Raymond Hughes), Walter, Shirley McIntosh and Jerry McIntosh.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Scott McIntosh of Rolla and Cheri (John Stevens) of Rolla; his grandchildren, Rebecca McIntosh, Brittany Farmer of St. Louis, Brock (Loree Jones) of Olathe, Jordan Stevens (Kyle Lea) of Blue Springs, Taylor Stevens of Rolla and Allie Stevens of Rolla; his great grandchildren, Kinley and Sutton Farmer; his brother Dale (Pat McIntosh) of Cuba; and his sister-in-law Lorraine McIntosh of Palatine, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
