It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wenona Fay Carney of Rolla, Missouri, born in Saint James, Missouri, who passed away on July 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nile Plemmons and Ethel Plemmons (Spurgeon); her husband William "Bill" Carney; and her sister Yvonne McEwen. She is survived by: her children, Joe Carney (Jodi) of Dixon, MO and Jennifer Bertalotto (Jason) of Mountain Home, AR; her siblings, Don Plemmons (Anita) of St. James, MO, Karen Swarvar of Fairview, TX and Lisa Gan (Mike) of St. James, MO; her grandchildren, Joanna Dennis (Dan), Justin Carney (Morgan), Callie Rose (Jon), Cade Triantos and Brook Bertalotto; and her great grandchildren, Westin Grimes, Leroy Carney, Carter Carney and Jacob Dennis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
