He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Frances Bay of Rolla, Missouri; his children, Christopher Bay (Lisa) of Virginia Beach, FL, Alex Bay of Kansas City, Stephanie Parsons, Kathy Garrett of Richard, VA and Eireena Bay of Missoula, MT; his niece Pam Edwards of Salem, MO; and his great-nephews, Jason Edwards of Salem, MO and Tony Edwards of Salem, MO. He was also cherished by two great great nephews, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
