He is survived by: his spouse Ann Henderson Ellis (Frank); his brother Vernon Ellis; his daughter Judie James of Rolla; and his grandchildren, Danydle Gulledge (Adam) of Rolla, Shaylyne Gough (Andy) of Orange, VA, Patrick Thompson (Natasha) of Lake Ozark, MO and Joshua Ellis (Brandi) of Bella Vista, AR. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; three nephews; other extended family members and dear friends.
