A poem that Travis scrawled onto the back of a painting--And now every July I sit on my porch, And the old men march slowly, All bent, stiff, and sore, The forgotten heroes from a forgotten war, And the young people ask, "What are they marching for?"And I ask myself the same question, Memorial contributions in honor of Travis are suggested to the Rolla Mission. Keep Travis's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
